Macusani Yellowcake Announces New Chief Financial Officer

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 6, 2008) - Macusani Yellowcake Inc. (TSX VENTURE:YEL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul F. Andersen as Chief Financial Officer, subject to regulatory approval. Paul Andersen replaces James Andersen in this position, who has resigned as a result of other commitments. James Andersen will continue to serve as a director of the company.

Currently the managing partner of a downtown Toronto accounting firm, Paul has over 15 years of experience in senior management roles, and is currently an officer of publicly-listed Plato Gold Corp. and Gulf & Pacific Equities Corp. A graduate of the University of Toronto, Paul also holds designations as a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and Certified Public Accountant (United States).
